Order Processing

After payment is completed successfully, orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 days. Once the order has shipped, if tracking information is available, we will provide it by email or through the order page.

Delivery Time

After shipment, the estimated delivery time is usually 12 to 15 days. Actual delivery time may vary due to the carrier, shipping address, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Area

We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Tracking Not Updating

Tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier scanning or system updates. If tracking information does not update for an extended period, please contact us at service@mail.bcegikl.com for assistance.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but the package has not been received, please first check the doorstep, mailbox, front desk, property office, neighbors, or other possible delivery locations. If the package still cannot be found, contact us at service@mail.bcegikl.com.

Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for the issue.

Damaged or Abnormal Packages
